These powerful videos present real-life situations in which cultures clash.
Video 1 shows three campus incidents in which feelings are hurt, false assumptions are made, and friendships are threatened due to cross-cultural communication problems.
Video 2 replays the same scenes, providing alternate ways to resolve conflict and improve communication skills.
The scripts for these videos were reviewed by African-American, Asian-American, Latino-American, and other minority scholars for their authenticity of language and accuracy of content.
