This program tells the personal stories of several teenagers who have suffered from clinical depression, exploring how they became aware of their depression, the ways their depression affected them, and the steps they took to address their condition. The program also features Dr. William Del Monte, a psychiatrist with the Mayo Clinic, who explains the symptoms, causes, and treatments - both psychological and chemical - for depression.
