In this 1¾ hour video, Dr. Michael Bernard demonstrates the use of RET with two different young clients and disusses and analyses each case. The video package also contains a booklet explaining the basic principles and practise of RET when employed with children and adolescents. Keys for effective use of RET with younger populations are described.

Shannon has been referred by her mother for feelings of rejection and anxiety associated with teasing by her peers. - Case II: David (15 years old)
David has been referred by his teacher for difficulties with his peers at school.
