Narrated by Shakissha and her friends, this timeless, award-winning program shows how Shakissha, her teachers, and her classmates prepare for and implement the transition, such as discussing what it means to make new friends and letting the children role-play at having disabilities. The video is excellent viewing for elementary school children and an important resource for pre-service and in-service training of educators.
