In the fall of 1999 the Ecoforestry Institute Society of Canada sponsored a 3 day conference on the theory and practice of ecoforestry. This program is a video record of the conference.
Speakers include:
- Keynote Address by Dr. David A. Perry - a leading scientist in ecosystem forest management.
- Dr. Richard Atleo - First Nations Instructor and co-chair of the Clayoquot Scientific Panel.
- Brian Nattrass - author of the natural step talks about the business of sustainable business.
- Audrey Pearons - talks about lessons learned from a Wild Forest.
- Day 3 was spent at Wildwood, Merve Wilkinson's forest, where ecoforestry has been practiced since 1945. Merve talks about the history of his forest.
