Cell Structure

VHS
22 minutes
QH581.2 .C451 1991

This program discusses the problems scientists have in identifying separate structures within cells and trying to discover their function. The difficulties are similar to those a Martian might have when pointing a telescope at a city on Earth. Two techniques of specimen preparation are described: the double-staining technique for the light microscope and the preparation for the electron microscope.
