 First Floor and Compact Shelving The Valley Library science collection is found on the first floor. The pre-1985 science and engineering journal collection is shelved in one of the Library's two compact shelving areas. Compact shelving is a space-saving feature of the library that is completely safe for users and allows the library to store twice as many items as regular shelving. |
