On basis new evidence and consequent re-evaluation of your passport application for travel to England and France. Department
prepared to issue you a limited passport for the specific travel valid until October 11952 provided (repeat) provided you
sign affidavits stating that you are not now and have never been a member of the Communist Party. This affidavit will be
delivered to you by any agent of the Dept's Los Angeles field office at your convenience. Suggest you immediately contract
