  • Letter from LP to Ava Helen Pauling RE: LP writes that during his trip he has been treated as a VIP by the airline, being ushered everywhere. He says that after talking to Magat, he has learned that the ACS denied membership of Joliot-Curie. LP has written a letter to the Society urging them to rectify the mistake.
  • Letter from LP to Sir L. Bragg RE: says that he intends to drop by in Cambridge for a day (11-6-52) to visit with Peter as well as hopefully Bragg, going to Israel before then.
