Corson of the Institute for Mathematics and Mechanics to LP RE: Asks LP if he can recommend some sources of research funds in regards to work on problems concerning amino acids, protein structures and questions of biochemical nature. Also writes that 'the tempest in the teapot' with Washington has died out finally. [letter from LP to Mr. Corson 5-22-53].
  • Note from Mr. Imanishi to LP RE: writes thanks for LP's advice and goes on to inform LP about the "diffusion of oxygen, etc. in solidifying metal." [letter from LP to Mr. Imanishi 4-3-53].
