From my general knowledge I feel sure that a hydrogen bomb can be made.
I feel strongly
The Board of Regents made the wrong decision about me and was stubborn about reconsideration. I offered to come at my own expense to appear. The offer was refused.
I wrote one member of the Board (who might, I thought, be the best man on the board), in the hope that he would help the Board to reach a reasonable solution. His answer showed great bias - he said that he would vote against reconsideration, 3 weeks before the meeting at which the evidence was presented!
To Lytle
I would have ignored the action of the Regents if it were not for the ill-bred way in which it was announced (to the press, several days before me)
