Academic Search Premiere, 1985-present Includes full text for nearly 2,050 publications, including nearly 1,500 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to the full text, indexing and abstracts are provided for all 3,393 journals in the collection. This database offers information in nearly every area of academic study. Alternative Press Index, 1991-present Indexes nearly 290 alternative, radical and left periodicals, newspapers and magazines that report and analyze the practices and theories of cultural, economic, political and social change. Provides in-depth coverage in the humanities and social sciences, and includes selected abstracts from scholarly publications. Updated quarterly by the Alternative Press Center.
Business Source Premier, 1965-present Provides full text for nearly 3,300 scholarly business journals, including full text for more than 1000 peer-reviewed business publications. Coverage includes virtually all subject areas related to business. This database provides full text for more than 300 of the top scholarly journals dating as far back as 1922. This database is updated daily.
IRIS Illinois Researcher Information Service currently contains over 8,000 active federal and private funding opportunities in the sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities. Users can search IRIS by sponsor, deadline date, keyword, and other criteria. Most IRIS records contain live links to sponsor Web sites, electronic forms, or Electronic Research Administration (ERA) portals. IRIS is updated daily.
