Scheduling the Barnard Classroom
The Barnard Classroom must be scheduled at least one day in advance, using the OSU Scheduling Calendar.
If the room is free on the day of your event, click on "Submit a Schedule" and fill out the form in detail.
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours on the status of your request.
Note: If a technician is required to perform special classroom setup, a $45/hr charge will be made (minimum 1hr charge). Make sure when scheduling the room, that special software needed is mentioned and allow 2 weeks time for setup.
No food or drink is allowed in the Barnard Classroom.
