When: Friday, February 24, 10:00-11:30 am

Where: Willamette Industries Seminar Rooms, The Valley Library, Oregon State University, Corvallis Campus

The Oregon Digital Newspaper Program – The Oregon Digital Newspaper Program (ODNP) at the University of Oregon is an initiative to digitize historic (pre-1922) Oregon newspaper content and make it freely available to the public through a keyword-searchable online database. John Russell, the History Librarian at UO, will discuss ODNP's history, demonstrate the features of the Historic Oregon Newspapers site, and talk about where the program is headed.

The OSU Libraries Faculty Seminar Series is free and open to all. Refreshments will be served. Persons wishing to attend who need accommodations for a disability may contact Natalia Fernández (541-737-3653) natalia.fernandez@oregonstate.edu
